Based in Orange County, William Lobel specializes in individual chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings, with more than 40 years of experience as one of the county’s, and the nation’s, leading bankruptcy lawyers.

Mr. Lobel currently focuses on the real estate industry, representing home builders, commercial real estate developers and sub-prime lenders. He has also successfully applied his legal expertise in representation of privately-held regional and publicly-traded national homebuilders, sub-prime and hard money lenders, gaming casinos, fast food and casual dining restaurants, as well as in the fields of hospitality, technology, healthcare and entertainment.
