Leonard M. Shulman is the Managing Partner of Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP In Irvine. Mr. Shulman concentrates his practice in complex commercial law and bankruptcy related matters, and has handled all aspects of litigation, creditors’ rights, mergers and acquisitions, trustee, creditors’ committees and the representation of debtors in the insolvency context. Mr. Shulman has worked on hundreds of bankruptcy cases and has represented virtually every trustee in the Santa Ana and Riverside divisions of the Central District of California. Mr. Shulman has participated in dozens of mediations as party counsel and has overseen numerous mediations and settlement conferences. He was recently appointed special mediator in the Fleetwood RV bankruptcy case and oversaw several mediations in the preference litigation context.

  • Over the past 28 years, Mr. Shulman has been very active in his professional community having spoken and moderated continuing education seminars on various topics related to Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy and Commercial Law
